Envisioning the Future By Looking Back at AiM25

What can individuals do to thrive and maintain motivation – professionally and personally – in an environment that is increasingly intolerant of ambiguity, and insensitive or even unresponsive to creativity and experimentation in the arts and sciences? AiM25 took place in the midst of a worldwide academic and political climate of instability and upheaval.

Participants found the focus to concentrate on research presented about learning, health, and coping strategies as they relate to the arts, athletics, and nature. Guests found multiple ways to concentrate, communicate, and flourish during the course of the event. Today’s challenges were not sugar-coated; instead, strategies and solutions were offered.

An overwhelming number of attendees reported that they left the symposium with optimism, new ideas, and action plans for the future. A collection of some of the many ways to thrive explored can be found here in a THRIVE COMPENDIUM.
