Call for Posters

Submit Your Poster Abstract Now!

Participate in the 9th international and interdisciplinary symposium Art in Motion in Munich, Germany from 16th to 17th of May 2025. By presenting your own work as a poster, you will be able to exchange ideas with guests from all over the world in addition to enjoying live musical performances, attending workshops and engaging in an exchange about THRIVE as a driving force not only in the performing arts, but also in sports, and in nature.

The peer-reviewed poster session is an essential part of the event and will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025. There will be time specifically allocated for all symposium participants to view the posters, watch demonstrations, and participate in discussions with other attendees. All accepted poster abstracts will be published in the abstract book (printed hardcopy).

Do you have something you would like to present? Your current research or project that is related to the main theme of this year’s meeting – THRIVE - and/or do you have innovative ideas regarding music, sports, nature and biology, technology, medicine or psychology? The poster format can be used to report the results of empirical studies, to discuss methodological issues, or to show the practical application of your research.

Young academics are encouraged to submit their work. For those just starting to do research, the poster session may serve to introduce their first scientific work to an international audience, to compare their research to international standards, to network with the national and international junior and scientific community, and to meet luminaries in multiple fields of interest.

If you are interested in sharing your work with others and participating in the poster session, please submit your abstract by Monday, December 2, 2024 (or earlier). All abstracts will be peer-reviewed, and notice of acceptance will be sent to you by January 15, 2025, with an opportunity for revision before publication. Initially, you may submit your poster abstract in either English or German. If accepted, you will need to create an English version of your text, if your original was submitted in German.

We look forward to your abstract submission as well as to answering your questions: poster@artinmotion2025.com
